Delete your account
You can delete your Cravio account and all of its data at any time, directly in the app. It takes less than a minute.
- 1Open CravioMake sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
- 2Go to ProfileTap Profile in the tab bar, bottom right.
- 3Scroll all the way downIn the Account section at the very bottom, tap Delete account.
- 4ConfirmTap Delete account again in the dialog. Your account is deleted right away.
What gets deleted
Everything linked to your account is permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
- Your account and profile
- Streak, progress and milestones
- Journal, mood and urge logs
- Food scans and progress photos
- Your plan and weekly reports
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a Cravio Premium subscription — Apple handles billing. To stop future payments, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel Cravio there.
Can’t open the app?
Write to us from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.
